Our Story
From a focused workshop in Vatva to one of Gujarat's trusted gravure cylinder manufacturers.
From Workshop to Industry Leader
Kreativ Gravures was founded in 2016 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a singular vision: to bring world-class electro-mechanical gravure cylinder engraving capabilities to India's rapidly growing printing and packaging industry.
What began as a focused operation serving local gravure printers has grown into a full-scale manufacturing facility equipped with computer-controlled engraving systems, automated copper plating lines, and hard-chrome finishing stations. Today, Kreativ Gravures produces gravure cylinders for clients across multiple Indian states.
Our founder, driven by a background in precision engineering and a deep understanding of the gravure printing process, recognized early that Indian converters needed a domestic supplier who could match the quality of imported cylinders while offering faster turnaround and responsive technical support. That insight remains the cornerstone of our business.
A key differentiator for Kreativ Gravures is our in-house base shell manufacturing capability. Unlike most cylinder manufacturers who purchase base shells from external suppliers, we produce our own cylinder bodies from raw materials. This vertical integration gives us complete control over quality, reduces costs, and enables faster delivery — a significant advantage for our clients.
Every cylinder that leaves our facility carries the weight of years of accumulated expertise, continuous investment in technology, and an unwavering commitment to the craft of electro-mechanical gravure engraving.
